Maria Fotinos' Obituary
Maria Fotinos (nee Vichos), age 97. Beloved wife of the late Antonios. Loving mother of the late Nicephoros (Patricia) and Catherine. Dear grandmother of Elias “Lee” and step grandmother of Steven Larue (Danielle). Daughter of the late Antonios and Aikaterini Vichos. Sister of the following deceased: Louloudis, Athanasia, Ioanna, and Kyriaki.
Maria loved to go to Milos, Greece every year and sit on her front porch overlooking the Aegean Sea, where she loved to swim. Maria was very active at her church, Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral, from the beginning. She enjoyed helping at the festivals and other church functions, and was a member of their Ladies Philoptochos Society. She was a very generous and helpful person, always willing to lend a hand. She will be dearly missed.
All Services at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 3352 Mayfield Rd. Cleveland Hts, OH 44118 on Thursday February 12, 2026. Visitation from 10 to 11AM with Funeral Service to follow at 11AM. Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Sts. Constantine and Helen Philoptochos.
