Steven was a good kid hard worker he ALWAYS likes to joke around. He always made my day real good RIP MY FRIEND

Steven was a hard worker at Dave's. We worked briefly together as I was at the Ohio City store and the majority of his time was spent at the Ridge Rd. location. But I knew his Mom and he cared deeply for her and Charles. He was indeed a devoted son! His love for the two of them was very clear. I remember he had a quiet gentle way about sharing his thoughts and when he did on those rare occassions, it was his truth he offered. Steven was a good guy, I'm honored to have known him. I am shocked and saddened at his leaving this earth much too soon.
My heart breaks for Laurie, Charles and his sisters.

Some of my favorite memories with my uncle are the simple ones that somehow meant the most. We spent hours playing Kingdom Hearts together, getting lost in those worlds and arguing over who got the controller next. When we weren’t gaming, we would watch and talk about DBZ and wrestling.
He had a special way of getting on my nerves, pushing my buttons but that was part of who he was, and part of why I loved him so much. Underneath it, there was always warmth, always love, always that sense that he enjoyed every moment we shared just as much as I did. Always proud to show me off to his work friends.
One thing I’ll never forget was his cooking. He was always trying out new recipes, even if the results didn’t quite turn out how he hoped. Most of the time, it was honestly pretty awful, but we ate it anyway.laughed it off and became memories I’ll carry with me forever.
He wasn’t perfect, but he didn’t need to be. He was my uncle, funny, stubborn, caring, and unforgettable. I’ll always miss those days, and I’ll always be grateful for the time we had. I love you so much and the girls will hear all about you!
My nephew was a kid at heart. He always surprised me. He was always the first one to encourage me. He could drive you crazy at times but like a kid he would surprise you with a flower. He had so much talent in art and other things. I love you Steven one thing that never dies is Love. I am so glad that you were reading the Bible and believing in it. Aunt Lee
