Rachel Roberta Racela née Whipkey. Beloved wife of the late John I. Loving mother of John II (Kelly) and Marion (Vince). Grandmother of Maxwell. Preceded in death by her parents Albert Ross Whipkey and Roxie (nee Radabaugh), and her siblings Donald (Sally), Donna Jean (Earl), Alberta (Marty), and Michael (Sylvia, surviving). Aunt to 17 nieces and nephews and great aunt to many. Retired from Blonder Wallpaper Company. Lifetime Seamstress. Recently took up quilting. Loved family gatherings. Loved board games.
