Philip Poulos' Obituary
Philip Poulos 94. Born March 3, 1924. Beloved husband of the late Sue (nee Nichols). Loving father of Marsha Blair (Robert), Pamela Trinetti (Gary), and Karen Poulos. Grandfather of Jonathan (Anna), Nicholas (Suzanne), Matthew, Lea, and Christopher. Great grandfather to Nicholas, Benjamin, Maria, Natalie, Alexandra, and Alexander. Philip graduated from John Hay High School in 1942, served his country in the Army during WWII in the Pacific. He attended Western Reserve College after the war and spent most of his career in management at Chrysler Corporation. He was one of the founding members of St. Paul Greek Orthodox Church in North Royalton where he served as Treasurer on the Parish Council. He will be fondly remembered by those who know and love him as a good natured, positive, and loving man, who always “Played to Win”. ALL FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD at ST. PAUL GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH, 4548 Wallings Rd. North Royalton on MONDAY FEBRUARY 18, 2019. VISITATION FROM 11-12, WITH SERVICE TO FOLLOW AT 12 NOON. Interment Lakewood Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pave the Way Fund at St. Paul.
