My sincerest condolences for the loss of ‘Uncle’ Nick, I cannot help but think how much fun Nick was. I do go back in time as a youngster out at holiday camp lands. One evening Nick, my father and the rest of the (crew) had this great idea to take us kids “snipe’’ hunting in a field over by the ski slope showing us how to catch them in the bag. So there we were 8 or 9 of us kids with paper bags in hand running all around the field making these stupid hoot hoot noises, flicking the bag trying to catch the elusive (nonexistent) bird. We knew then we got duped after a while with all the adults laughing uncontrollably in tears watching us, and the other people camping nearby also. Monday night football at the old house, Nicks basement bar, fishing at Sunny lake, Pymatuning, the trademark bucket hat, sunglasses and goatee, and so much more. So thanks Uncle Nick for all fun and family time, rest peacefully, you will be missed, but never forgotten.
All our love from my family, Bryan, Joanne, Katelyn Docherty, Andrew, Heather, Raelynn Soulis
Nick we worked 3 days, golfed 2 days. A week together. Good times.
So long Nick. Your other brothr. Phil
One of the nicest guys I ever knew. I meet Nick when I was 17. Jackie & I worked together back In the good old days when we were young & Silly. Well the Silly Part is still true! First memory was at our old bosses house. His name was Izzy & he introduced us all to the Izzy Burger. Mike (19 yrs. old) meet Nick for the first time & they drank warm Vernors with whiskey. Yep was a Special bond from the start. Our first Cruise together was in 1992 when Bill Clinton won the election Nick & Mike at 4am we’re dancing & yelling in the hallway! Yep they woke everyone up on the ship. Fast forward to our Bowling league of 25 years! Camping together in Jackie & Nicks tiny yet mighty trailer! Oh boy did we party! Mike introduced Nick to his first Gyros at 1am our whole crew went. Nick & Jackie started our first bowling tournament at Honkey in Cincinnati, our WAMO golf outing that just end a few years back after 25 years in WV Parkersburg’s! Gosh we got in trouble but always fun trouble with a smile. At last in December 2019 we had our last Big Ass Margarita together! Cheers to Our Nick and Thank You Jackie for marrying such a great Guy.
Hugs Love Tears & Prayers for all.😘
Love Kathy & Mike Yacobian
I have know Nick for 54 years. Nick was a wonderful husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend. We shared many years of fun, laughter, vacations ,camping, our boys Chris and Greg, and our love for one another through out the years. I was blessed to spend many weekends in Medina staying 3-4 days with Nick and Jackie. I was able to share thoughts and talk to Nick. He could be tough, grumpy but actually a teddy bear. Nick you will always have that special corner in my heart. I love you and will miss you💕 Helen Dardy
Dear Moise,
It was 25+ years ago when "Moise & Hymie" were discovered at a synagogue in Curacao while on a cruise. So many memories, so many fun times, so much bad golf. I love you like a brother and my heart aches now that you're gone. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers. My deepest sympathies to Jackie (Molly), Chris (topher) and the rest of your beloved family. RIP.
Love,
Frank (Hymie)
