Minna MIlanovic's Obituary
Minna “Mickey” Milanovic, 90, of Middleburg Heights, passed away June 6, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Mike for 53 years. Cherished mother of Pam Halter (Mark) of Concord, NC and Vera Rebrovich (Frank) of Seven Hills, OH. Daughter of the late Fritz and Wilhelmina Bellersheim. Dear sister of the late Lieselotte Cunz, Karl Heinz Bellersheim and Rudolf Bellersheim. Loving grandmother of Mark Pelfrey, Erin Farson, Stephanie McBrearty (Patrick) and Katherine Baker. Great-grandmother of Samantha and Rebekah Pelfrey, Nathan and Hailey Farson, and Patrick, Lennon, and Theodorah McBrearty. Also survived by nieces and nephews in Germany. Mickey came to this country in 1955 and settled in Rittman, Ohio, where she met and married Mike. They both became U.S. citizens in 1966, an accomplishment of which they were both very proud. Mickey worked at the Packaging Corporation of America for many years until her retirement in 1987. After retirement, they moved to Hartville, Ohio, where they enjoyed visiting the flea market. Minna enjoyed traveling, crocheting and knitting and was quite accomplished in needlecrafts. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was an inspiration to all of them. She also enjoyed spending time with her cat, Tom, who was always a source of joy for her. VISITATION 4-8 PM WEDNESDAY at YURCH FUNERAL HOME, 5618 BROADVIEW ROAD, PARMA. Funeral Service 11 AM Thursday at Yurch Funeral Home. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the charity of your choice.
