Martha Musil's Obituary
Martha was born in 1932 on the east side of Cleveland. A lifelong Clevelander, she enjoyed all the local flavor the area had to offer. Martha loved cooking delicious meals (like her famous chicken soup or stuffed cabbage), dancing, taking care of animals, and watching her favorite TV show, The Golden Girls. Martha was also an avid reader and dedicated Plain Dealer subscriber. Always thinking of others and their interests, she would clip and share articles with family. Non-local care packages would have a stack of articles and Malley’s chocolate for a mailable taste of home.
Martha attended St. Michael’s Russian Orthodox Church and was an active member of the church’s “R” Club, where she met her first husband, Leonard. An industrious and diligent individual, Martha found fulfillment and camaraderie in her job, working until age 89.
Martha peacefully fell asleep in the Lord in the home she loved, surrounded by her children.
Beloved wife of both late Leonard Tomcho and James Musil. Loving mom of Barbara Wolf (Ted) and Linda (Denny). Stepmother of the late James Musil. Grandma of Todd Wolf (Kristen), Brittany Savich (Matt), Chrysa Kovach and Beau Kovach. Step grandma of Tim Musil and Michael Musil. Great Grandma of Tyler Wolf and Quinn Wolf. Aunt to many nieces and nephews and truly loved by all of them.
