Linda W. Imler, 75, of Cleveland, beloved wife of the late Daniel P. Imler who passed away in
2004, dear sister of Robert C. Weppler, caring stepmother of Mary Leah, Frank, and Rachel,
loving daughter of Charles G. and Arline H. Weppler (both deceased), beloved cousin of many
on both parents’ sides of the family, sister (by other parents) for 65 years of Kathy, literally a
lifelong friend starting in elementary school. Among other tasks, Linda worked in data
processing for The May Company, worked for land title companies, and finally sold Avon
products to many friends and neighbors for decades. She was a devoted fan of the Cleveland
Indians (Guardians) radio broadcasts, and did not appreciate telephone calls during games. An
avid reader of a wide range of literature, she encouraged others, particularly young people, to
experience the pleasure of reading. She was born June 13, 1949, and passed away April 2,
2025. Memorial contributions may be forwarded to the church she attended and supported
for many years, Crosspointe Community, 1800 Columbia Road, Westlake, OH 44145, or to the
charity of ones choice. Funeral service at Yurch funeral home, 5618 Broadview Road. Parma, OH 44134 on Monday, April 7 at 7:00 PM. The family will receive friends earlier the same day, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Interment at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery, Cleveland, Tuesday at 11 AM. Meet at the cemetery entrance off of Broadview Road for a brief service.
