Kathy Trihas (nee Kantartzis) age 89, passed away September 15, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Harry J. Trihas. Most loving mother of John (Effie) Trihas, Anna (Stephen) Yallourakis. Grandmother of Catherine, Michael, Emily, Stephanie Katherine, and Haralambos. Sister to the late George Kantartzis and Nafsika Toptsidis. Visitation will be held Thursday September 17, 2020 at St. Paul Greek Orthodox Church, 4548 Wallings Road, North Royalton 44133 from 10-11AM where a funeral service will immediately follow at 11AM. Contributions suggested to St. Paul Greek Orthodox Church. Interment St. Theodosius Cemetery.
