Dear Linda, John and patti and families. This is Judy Lyall Foley-Gawronski. Aunt bea and uncle arts second daughter. I just saw your dad's obituary in this mornings paper.. I see he was 98 wow. I wanted to tell you what fond memories of your dad and mom I have and extend our families sympathy. My sister Gin and her husband Jim also passed away several years ago. They lived in Dayton and had 5 children. Bob and his wife gail live in gambier, John in Powell near Columbus and jim and I live in Cleveland. He just

Be gentle. My Mother always loved your dad and I think she named my brother John after him. I know she had a great picture of him in his navy uniform. I called him a few years ago to asked him some questions about Grampa van dame but he told me he didnt know too Much about him. I think about Doris and Jeannie and wonder if they are still alive If times were different bob and I would come to say goodbye. So instead we will send a virtual hug and tell him thanks for being a part of our journey. May you all have wonderful Memories to share of the gifts he gave each of you. RIP Uncle Johnny our family patriarch and sweetest gentleman I’ve ever known. I’m sure Aunt Elsie, Grandma Gladys, Grandpa Johnny and my mom we’re all waiting for you with open arms to enjoy eternal peace and happiness. Sorry I can’t be with my cousins right now but I’m sure your life, legacy and many many beautiful memories will bring comfort during this difficult time. Love you all.
