To the Stefaniuk Family: I just learned of John's passing. I am sorry for your loss. He often called me with real estate issues or with regards to issues with many of the numerous people that he helped - and in the course of those dealings we had numerous and enjoyable conversations. He would tell me of the trips he took with family members (he was always proud of his children), talked about his roundabout journey to Cleveland, Ohio from the old country and he gave me a glimpse of what it must have been like as a young person who was new to this country.
