John W. Seitz, age 84, passed away on June 1, 2026. Dear son of the late John and Mathilde Seitz. Loving brother of Robert (Kathy). Beloved uncle of Bobby (Elly) and great uncle of Rose, Julianne, and Evangeline. Cousin of Chuck (Rose) and Carol. Dear friend of Stuart, who he visited faithfully for many years.
John was an old movie and television buff, especially anything Marx Brothers and Abbott and Costello. He enjoyed watching Perry Mason, Gunsmoke, and cartoons and comics. His favorite actors were Boris Karloff, Bela Lugosi, Peter Lorre, Lon Chaney, Sydney Greenstreet, and Humphrey Bogart. He also loved his cats Fluffy, Mitzy, and Blackey.
He will be missed by his family and friends.
A Graveside service will be held on Thursday June 4, 2026 at 12 Noon at West Park Cemetery, 3942 Ridge Rd. Cleveland, Ohio.
