Jerome “Jerry” Thomas Kelly, born April 17, 1936, passed November 29, 2025. Son of Albert J. and Evelyn M. (nee Double)(both deceased). Beloved husband of Maureen Ellen Kelly (deceased) for 30 wonderful years. Previously married to Jo Ann Kelly (nee Loucka)(deceased). Father of Michael (Sue), John, and Timothy Kelly, stepfather of David (Karen)(both deceased), Peter (deceased) (Linda), and Brian Kucharski (deceased). Grandfather of Bryan (Josh) Kelly and Brenna Kelly, Jillian Medlin (Dylan), Garret Kelly, Sarah, Daniel, and Shanna Kucharski. Great grandfather of Jack Kelly and Bennett Medlin. Brother of Daniel (deceased)(Chris) Kelly, Alice (Frank) Bungo, Michael (deceased)(Joan) Kelly, Kathleen (Tom) Smith (both deceased), James (Dianne) Kelly, David (Patricia) Kelly (both deceased), and Lora Kelly. Brother-in-law to Julie Kiricoples of Salem, MA. and Charles and Karen Garrett of Clinton, MA. Uncle of many.
Jerry was a 1954 graduate of Cathedral Latin School, a US Navy Aviation Veteran, and a Former Manager of Engineering and Operations of Quest Corporation. He traveled extensively nationally and internationally for business. He also took many national and international trips with Maureen. Member of Post 572 American Legion and the Irish American Club East Side since 1985.
Mass of Christian Burial at St John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Rd. Mentor, OH 44060 on Thursday December 11, 2025 at 10:00AM. Interment at Wall F21 Row B Site 23 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH. In lieu of flowers, donate to Holy Family Hospice, 6707 State Rd. Parma, OH 44134 in Jerry’s name.
