Janet Podojil's Obituary
Janet Y. Podojil, born on September 27, 1961 in Cleveland, and passed away on November 21, 2019. A 1979 Graduate of Brunswick High School and Medina Vocational Draftsman's program. Member of Hinckley Township volunteer department in the 1980's, and for a short time worked as a Draftsman for the Menasha Box Company. After graduating from Parma Hospital medic training, she became a full-time Paramedic for Cleveland EMS, where she also employed her drafting skills to the design of Cleveland's familiar bright green ambulances. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard Fehlman and father Donald Podojil. Survived by her mother Joanne Podojil (Zayatz), Sister and brother-in-law Christine and Christopher Krempel, and her faithful canine companions Bert and Mika. Throughout her life, she enjoyed many pastimes, including a deep appreciation for Native American culture, NASCAR/Richard Petty racing, baseball, travel, drawing and draftsmanship, and most recently a love of horsemanship. FUNERAL SERVICE WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 4, 2019 at 10 AM at HOLY TRINITY ORTHODOX CHURCH, 6822 Broadview Rd. Parma. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery.
