Helene Maria Valsamidis (nee Vourlis) passed away peacefully on June 8, 2018. Loving wife of Hristoforo “Chris” and mother of Alexandra Tank (Brad) and Katherine Sack (David). Dearest yiayia of Kristin Sack (Patrick Hallman), Michael Tank, Nicole Tank and Terri Sack. Sister of Pete Vourlis (deceased) (Rose), and Harry Vourlis (deceased) (Antonetta). Nona and aunt to Calliope Walsh (Edward). Aunt to John H. Vourlis, John P. Vourlis and Simina Vourlis. Great-aunt to Elissa and Jonathan Walsh. All services on Tuesday June 12, 2018. Visitation from 10 to 11 AM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 2187 W. 14th Street, Cleveland OH, followed by a funeral service at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Interment St. Theodosius Cemetery. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff at Brighton Gardens of Westlake and the Hospice of the Western Reserve in Westlake for their loving and excellent care.
