Greg was a close friend of mine in law school. He was a brilliant man. Yet he almost flunked his first year because he approached the exams like a math equation simply writing the answer without writing the analysis to get there. He was almost beside himself about what to do. So he asked me what he was doing wrong. That is when I found out he had the books all read and practically memorized. That was far beyond the abilities of the rest of us. So I expalined he simply needed to explain his answers, not just write the answer. He never looked back and finished as a brilliant graduate of Cleveland Marshall. I moved to Arizona and lost track of Greg in the 1980s. But I never forgot him as one of the smartest people I ever met. Good guy!
