Gerald Bateman, age 57, passed away on June 11, 2022. Beloved former spouse of Renee D Bateman. Loving father of Angela Bateman (Dominic Palumbo), Christina Hukill (Robert), and Cierra Bateman. Dear grandfather of Sophia Bateman, Harmony Hukill, Robert Hukill III, Addilyn Palumbo. Cherished brother of Joseph A Bateman Jr.(Michelle), James E Bateman (Kimberly), Shawn Bateman (Angel Spillane), Samantha Malinowski (deceased) (Donald,deceased). Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph A. Bateman and Constance Bateman (nee Ritz). Jerry loved landscaping, fishing, motorcycle rides, RC Sundays, video games, and art and crafts. He would complain about everyone’s cooking but his own. Family morals were important, and he enjoyed Norwalk nights under the fire, computers, camping and playing pool.
