There are so many memories of Gary over the 40 years I have known him. I first met Gary & Cindy as the youth directors at Puritas Lutheran Church and from that point on my friendship with the Lucas family was sealed. I will forever think of Gary when I walk into Progressive Field and First Energy Stadium, as he certainly loved our Cleveland sports teams! Gary was an incredibly reliable and steadfast guy. Always ready to put a smile on your face with a corny joke or telling a story. He and my son were extra close and I always appreciated his being a wonderful role model for Kyle. Gary’s work ethic is second to none and his dedication to Cindy, Hilary and Taylor was admirable, as his family was always number one. I will miss Gary in so many ways but I also know he will live on through his family and especially his girls. Love you all, my prayers are with you through this difficult time.
