Frank was my little brother. One of my funniest memories of Frank was when I visited Mom on the way to a swimming pool. I had a towel with dry underpants rolled inside, Frank might have been 3 or 4, he would grab my towel and unroll it and my underwear flew out. Frank was a lot of fun when we had a paper route together. We would make funny fart noises in the stairwells of apartment buildings because it would echo.
Frank helped me with a lot of jobs and was fun to work with. I will never forget the time we were working on a sign box that had electrical issues. He was holding the metal part and when I touched him I got shocked... He was not getting shocked. I also remember a time I was hanging a sign 30 feet in the air on a scissor jack that was wobbly while Frank held the base so I would not fall.
Frank was more than just my brother, he was my best friend, he was a lot of help in hard times - we talked some nights without sleep. I will truly miss him.
