Emilia Metallinos' Obituary
Emilia Metallinos (Linos), 83, beloved wife of Reverend Peter Metallinos, beloved mother of Jack (Megan) and Dr. Elizabeth Linos, and beloved grandmother of Emilia and Claire Linos. She is also survived by nieces, Jennifer Constantin and Aundrea Sofronas; nephews Jack Metallinos and Arthur Plathe. Emilia took pride and joy in devoting her efforts to assist in her husband’s ministry, which she did for over 5 decades. Her last words to her daughter, Elizabeth, were, “I’ve had a good life, I’m happy.”
Funeral Service Friday March 2, 2018 at St. Demetrios Church at 11am. Interment Lakewood Park Cemetery.
Presvytera will lay in state at St. Demetrios on Thursday, 4-8pm with Trisagion Service at 7:30pm
