Elaine J. Simon (nee Pallam), age 91, passed away on July 18, 2024. Beloved wife of the late James L. Simon. Loving mother of James N. Watson (Cliff Wilson), Cynthia M. Simon (Lee), and Charles P. Watson. Loving stepmother of Lee J. Simon (Cynthia), Thalia M. Oster (Jeffrey), and Andrew J, Simon (Pamela). Dear grandmother of Christine Irvin (Steve), James Simon (Ally), Arianna Patrick (Matthew), Elena Kennedy (Marshall) Ian Oster (Adina), Kara Simon (Jacob Rheaume), and William Simon. Great grandmother of Jay Irvin, Andrew Irvin, June Simon, Louis Simon, Sophia Patrick, Wyatt Patrick, Dorothy Patrick, Freya Oster, and Wallace Kennedy. Elaine was born on October 4, 1932 to the late James and Coralia Pallam. Cherished sister of Anastasia Tsevdos (Theodore, deceased) and the late John Pallam (Vanthe).
A fine life Elaine led ~with kindness, grace, and quiet strength. As Elaine always said, "Be true to yourself".
ALL SERVICES on TUESDAY JULY 23, 2024 at STS. CONSTANTINE AND HELEN GREEK ORTHODOX CATHEDRAL, 3352 Mayfield Rd. Cleveland Hts, OH. 44118. VISITATION from 10 to 11AM with FUNERAL SERVICE at 11AM. Interment at St. Theodosius Cemetery.
