Charles J. Benda, age 86, born January 27, 1932 and died peacefully August 1, 2018. Beloved Husband of 61 years to Arlene R. Benda (nee Groening). Cherished Father of Charles Christopher(deceased) and Laura Scherer. Grandfather of Evan and Kyle. Son of Charles and Rose Benda (deceased). Member of the Army’s 101st Airborne Division. Union Member of the Operators Engineers Local 18. Avid fisherman. In lieu of flowers the family requests you make donations to your favorite charity. Visitation 12-2pm Saturday Yurch Funeral Home 5618 Broadview Road Parma 44134. Burial immediate after to West Park Cemetery.
