An angel has gotten his wings in heaven,
He won't be in pain anymore.
He'll be able to walk and talk normally.
God will greet him at the door,
So will Mommy, Spitfire and others.
He'll meet his ancestors and more,
An angel has gotten his wings in heaven,
He'll be happy by Christ, Our Lord.
Poem by Carla Herling
I will miss you very much, Arthur. I sometimes got jealous because you got more attention than I did, but you needed it, because of your disabilities. Mommy used to call you a "Child of God," and now you are with God and Mommy in Heaven, along with your cat, Spitfire. I love you, Arthur. Love, Carla
