Dear Neti was such a comforting soul to us all in the refugee camp. Her calming & caring attitude made us feel as if we had so much more than we did, because we had each other.
My mother babysat for Johnny when he was an infant. I was about 7 years old. Boy, could that kid cry. lol 😂 I’ll never forget, she bought me my first doll. It was a bride doll & it truly was the best present I ever received. I think I told her that once but I sure wish I could tell her again.
To her children, I would like to say , she truly was a bright star in our darkest days. I’ll always remember her in the most fond of ways.
