ANNA P. FOLLEN (nee Plavnicky), 82, went home to the Lord June 28, 2015. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Frank, loving parents Margaret (Malvina) and John Plavnicky, and devoted brother David Plavnicky. Funeral Prayers Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 9:30 am at the funeral home and Divine Liturgy at 10 am at St. John Byzantine Catholic Church, 1900 Carlton Rd., Parma, OH. Interment Holy Spirit Cemetery. VISITATION WEDNESDAY 5-8 PM AT YURCH FUNERAL HOME, 5618 BROADVIEW RD., PARMA, OH 44134. Parastas Service Wednesday 7:30 pm.
