Mathews S. Krokos, 94, passed away on Saturday March 5, 2022. Devoted and beloved husband for 66 years of the late Areti (nee Karnavas). Loving father of Marianthi Cesaratto and Sarantos “Sam” Krokos. Proud grandfather of Dimitra Cesaratto and Papou to many. Dear brother of Triantafyllos “Ross” (Ann)(both deceased), JoAnna Kefalos (Sam)(both deceased), Constantine “Gus” (deceased)(Popi). John (Frances), Sophie Jacob (Sam, deceased), Athena Colovas (deceased)(Tony), and Vicky Carlotta (Paul, deceased). Uncle to many. He was preceded in death by his parents Sarantos and Marianthi Krokos. Mathews was a 57 year Mason. ALL SERVICES at ST. PAUL GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH, 4548 Wallings Rd. North Royalton, OH 44133 on FRIDAY MARCH 11, 2022. VISITATION from 10-11AM with FUNERAL SERVICE at 11AM. Interment at St. Theodosius Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mathews to St. Paul Ladies Philoptochos or to the Pan Icarian Brotherhood, Chapter Pharos.
