I'm so grateful that I got to spend time with you on your last day on this Earth. You were one of a kind and I am blessed to have been able to care for you. Your body may be gone, but your spirit lives in. I cannot walk past your room without looking in, I am always waiting for you to call my name as you did when I first got to work. Gone but never forgotten.
