Edith was an amazing, strong, and independent woman who made my days so much easier and better at work. She would come and sit with me while I was at reception and would make me laugh no matter what. She was raised where my family was raised and she was Italian like me so we clicked. She has impacted my life so much and I am so blessed that I was able to spend her last days with her. She was very loved here at Chardon healthcare and she will be very missed!
Edith I had a cannoli for you at the feast! And i will try your cannoli shell recipe very soon!
